Red Cross has Centralized Administration of Health and Safety Training Programs
Individuals and organizations with questions regarding American Red Cross health and safety training programs may call a central toll-free number: (800) 733-2767 and choose menu option 5. In addition to obtaining general information about Red Cross training programs, the number may be used for:
1) Individuals seeking to register for community training classes or for challenges/recertifications.
2) Businesses and organizations interested in scheduling full-service training classes.
3) Authorized Red Cross instructors and providers needing guidance on procedures and recordkeeping.
4) Persons seeking information about becoming certified Red Cross instructors.
5) Individuals requesting replacement of lost health and safety training certification cards.

The toll-free number also offers an option for Spanish-speaking callers.

Individuals with internet access may check Red Cross course offering and register for classes on line by clicking on the training link at the top of this page. You may browse for classes by ZIP Code or within a defined mileage radius. Interactive prompts will assist those wishing to register online.

Please note that -- under the new system -- students must register at least three (3) business days before the date the class begins.

Expected benefits of the centralization initiative include: increased consistency in training policies and pricing across the country, as well as giving Red Cross new ways to manage the costs of health and safety programs.

Training equipment rental
Authorized providers and other licensed instructors who wish to rent equipment -- such as AED training units, CPR manikins or DVDs -- may reserve those items by calling, toll-free: (800) 733-2767 and choosing menu option 5. Or, equipment requests may be submitted via e-mail: partners@redcrossonlinetraining.org. 

 Please submit equipment rental requests a minimum of ten (10) business days in advance.
